Consumer received a check in the mail from Publisher's Clearinghouse in the amount of $7,600.00. They said that the check was a partial payment, and the total prize amount is $450,000. The phone number listed to call back before depositing the check is 1-647-219-8439. When consumer called the number, they were extremely rude to her, and asking her for more of her information, and when she asked for more information about her prize, they wouldn't give her anymore information until she gave them the information they were asking for, which she did not give them.
