Received a phone call stating that I had won 18,000,000 dollars in a Publishers clearing house sweepstakes I justified had to pay a fee for 499.00 dollars download it on a green dot money pak card and send the card numbers and then they sad I have to pay the taxes before I can receive my check. I told him that I wasn't paying anymore money so now I'm out of 499.00 dollars because he said I have to get two more card's for him in order to receive my check he is still texting till this day for me to send them the rest of the money....
