I ordered a coffee table ($90), even though I had concerns about the website. After completing the transaction using paypal without logging in, I did some research about the site. YES, STUPID OF ME! I tried calling the number on the website but it was a clinic. I tried calling PayPal but they weren't accepting calls. I called my credit card company and they said it had to clear before filing a dispute, but they suggested I tried emailing the website and get proof for when I dispute the charge. I ended up emailing whatever address was on the website, asking to "cancel" my order. I actually got a response that they would cancel and refund my money. A week passed and I didn't my refund so I emailed, again, asking for a "refund status". 2 days later, I got my coffee table. They ordered it through Wayfair. Total scam! I got lucky this time, but I suggest that everyone trust their guys! If it's too good to be true, it really isn't true.

I ordered a tv stand fireplace.Order went through PayPal even tho I used my debit card . Only received receipt with amount taken out and no order number. I tried email and phone number. No good. I contacted PayPal filed case. Have to. Go through messenger on. Papal. Then I contacted my bank. They refunded my money 169.99. Bthen PayPal filed my case and froze person money. The person took. My money refunded back to Paypal payment. Which I refunded to my bank. All this took two weeks

I ordered a tv stand online from their website for $129.99 and paid through my PayPal account. I received a receipt from PayPal but never an email from the company. They received my money, it cleared my account, and still no email with shipping information or order confirmation. I tried to email the company and the email is a fake, it comes back as invalid. The phone number is to a hospital, not to a furniture store. I reached out to PayPal to report the fraud to try and get my money back and I have not gotten my money back and I have not received a tv stand. So I am out the money and I have no product. Upon further research I have learned that this has happened to other consumers. This place is an absolute scam and should be shut down.

I had the same experience I unfortunately didn’t do my research either and purchased a tv stand and received a receipt from PayPal but never the product. I reported it to PayPal and I’m trying to get my money refunded but haven’t gotten it back yet. This company is a completely scam.

I purchased two bookcases for a total of $369. I am extremely frustrated as no one at PayPal is willing to help! They are currently not taking calls at the moment. I'm extremely upset to the point I will stop using PayPal! If anyone knows how I could get a hold of PayPal please advice. Thank you.

Via PayPal- never got a confirmation of my order just proof of payment. I tried to call the number listed and it’s a hospital. Tried email link wouldn’t work. I tried the email on proof of payment and got a random email back from David Zillow saying item shipped. Well since my PayPal was illegally accessed last night, I contacted PayPal merchant ID doesn’t exist we have no record of this merchant. They can’t help me or refund me.

I used cash app to pay through paypal guest because it wouldn't let me login for some reason. of course I havnt receive anything and paypal is saying since I didn't do through my account they cant do anything. I'm pissed! I called emailed no response and same thing medical facility. I need to know this guy name and location. I will report this. I don't understand why paypal is allowing them to use them to scam us hard working people. I thought paypal held money until u got the product.

I had went to purchase a piece of furniture through this site, AFTER (yes, after, I know....) the purchase I researched the site and found MULTIPLE red flags. I’m more mad at myself to researching after the fact.. the address on the site is a home address in Colorado, the email is a personal email, the PayPal name is Nguyen Thi Nguyen. It’s definitely a scam. Luckily PayPal has buyer protection for things like this, so I will get my money back. Just a frustrating situation.

Ordered a glider chair and received a email with order number. When i look at who it sent money via paypal it went to Nguyen Thi Nguyen. The number on website goes to a medical facility and the address is someone’s home. Looked at google to see the street view. It said Nguyen Nguyen was in Ca but their office on website is CO. Reported to FTC and paypal to get my money back. If paypal won’t refund then I’ll goto my bank for the refund for fraud.

My wife and I order a rocking chair from www.pucimi.com and paid using PayPal. We did not get a confirmation number after the order. So we email [email protected] and never got a response back. Then we call the customer service number at 303-940-1661 it went at a medical business. We have contacted PayPal and are request to get our money back was denied.
