I made a purchase through this website and didn’t receive the product. I contacted them through their direct chat feature that is on their website. The first time I contacted them, I gave them my order number and they said they would look into it and get back to me through text- I gave them my phone number. They never called me back. I contacted them again, the next day. They said it was delivered but hasn’t gotten to me because I haven’t answered the emails they sent me. They said they have been trying and trying to email me, with no response. They resent the email, but it wouldn’t come into my apple.com account, so I gave them and they sent it to my Gmail account. When I saw that email, it said I needed to buy “stamps” in order to get it shipped to my house. The money for the “stamps” would be refunded when I received the product. At this point, I knew it was a scam. After responding to them that I would not pay and just wanted my product, they said they would see what they could do. They did nothing. They have my name, address, phone number, and 2 email addresses. I noticed after initially putting in the order that I started to get an insane amount of spam phone calls throughout the day and evening. I have put two and two together that they probably sold my info. In the email, they used the reply email as: [email protected]. This is who wanted me to send them money for the “stamps”.
