Bestbestones advertised a beautiful looking coat and cashmere sweater for sale at a very reasonable price. I made the purchase but when I received the products I was unhappy with the coat. No problem I thought. I liked the sweater very much. All I did was contact the company for a refund of the one item. Thus began a rigorous back-and-forth with them asking for reasons "why" in one email, "pictures of the coat in its original shipping material" in the 2nd email. Then an offer to refund 10% or 20% of my cost of the coat and I could keep the coat in a third email, then finally a warehouse address in China that would cost me $60 or more to ship for a full refund of my money (for a $69.99 item).

They are a SCAM! And now they have my home address, email address and credit card number. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BESTBESTONES!!!!!
