I ordered exterior christmas lights that were advertised / video of lights being hung with 3M tape. I recieved interior lights that require a USB hookup. I contacted [email protected] and told this person I wanted a refund. Website states 30 day money back guarantee. This person responded " sorry but actually the one we sent is the correct item. The product I sent you is exactly as advertised. Thanks for your understanding. Have a nice day". This is 100% a bait and switch scam.
