Company gave me an order number and stated they would send me an email letting me know when merchandise shipped. I never received that email nor the merchandise!

Called phone number on website got fast busy signal and then it hangs up. Sent an email. Never respond.

We were looking for a “DWS779 15 Amp Corded 12 in. Double Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw, Blade Wrench and Material Clamp” and found the puplyfresh page. After purchasing I noticed there was no page to check the status of the order and sending a message to the email i received after purchasing it bounced back saying the email does not exist.

Title: PulpyFresh.com is a Scam Website Beware

I had a very disappointing and suspicious experience with PulpyFresh.com and want to warn others before they fall into the same trap. I ordered DeWalt 16G Angled Nail Finisher (Bare-Tool Only) from their website. The item seemed like a great deal, but once I completed the purchase, I never received a confirmation email or tracking information. After several days with no updates, I tried to look into the company more and found that the address listed on their Contact Info section it is actually a residential apartment, not a legitimate business location. On top of that, the phone number they provide uses the 940 area code, which is based in Texas, yet the business claims to be located in Arizona. This raised serious red flags for me.

I have contacted them multiple times with no response. At this point, it’s clear that PulpyFresh.com is not a legitimate retailer. I believe this is a scam website designed to take your money without delivering any products.

Avoid this site at all costs and do not trust the fake storefront or deals they advertise. I’ve also reported the transaction to my bank.

Searched monster ultra black, found website. On March 30, 2025, ordered 1 case of 16oz cans. Gave name, address, phone#, email, PayPal acct# to pay. Was given Order # 33681. But every time they're contacted, everything is disconnected, their phone # just rings then disconnects, their email address is invalid. The package has not come at all.

I was looking for a certain type of coffee pods. This site offered the product for a legitimate price. I clicked on the link and was taken to the site where I placed my order. My first suspicion that something was not right was when I checked out and was informed that the charge would be to a Paypal personal account by the name of Daniel Hough. Thinking that was suspicious, I went to the website and discovered that it was a ceramic tableware site. No reference to the sale of coffee or any other product of that type. I tried to reply to the confirmation email and discovered that it was undeliverable. I also called the number on the website, which was also not legit. I have since discovered that by clicking on the "cart" button on the website, then clicking "return to shopping" you are taken to page after page of products that have nothing to do with ceramic tableware, and everything to do with scamming you out of your money! Beware of this website! IT IS NOT LEGITIMATE!!!

The scammer advertised a Karcher VCN 3 vacuum cleaner on Pulpyfresh.com for $95.00 and I purchased one and paid using my PayPal account which was linked to my checking account. When I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipping information, I emailed the scammer and the email was returned. I call the scammer at the phone number provided on the website and it was an invalid number.

I had a similar experience. March 11, 2025, placed an order for $63.25. A few hours later, received a notification from PayPal Merchant had changed amount to $72.00. Never received merchandise. Attempted to contact Merchant (per PayPal policy) email not valid, phone no. Not valid. Opened a dispute with PayPal, PayPal was less than helpful, however THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE, THIS IS PARTLY ON THEM, THEY ACCEPTED THE CHANGE IN AMOUNT. I contacted PayPal by phone and the Customer Service agent was more willing to assist me. I am awaiting the outcome. STAY AWAY FROM THIS “SO CALLED” COMPANY. IT IS COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT.

Made order 149.00 contacted provided email was undeliverable called phone number, and it goes to a PayPal phone the only tries to get more info from you.

I ordered on their website but they only accept PayPal. The total was for $48.75 then I got an email a few minutes later that the seller changed it to $55.00 with no explanation. I emailed the website email and it said invalid email so I emailed the PayPal email and never received a response and have not received the order this was on Feb 17th.
