2nd they said that they would stop taking investments from the public in April of 2017, then continued to take investments afterwards.
3rd they didn't send me my stock certificate after the purchase I made. I called them at their Inglewood office, no phone answer but an email appeared in my inbox with the stock certificate.
4th CEO claimed to already have owned a B film collection but he just recently purchased this footage for $*** with investors money.
5th CEO had a "state of the union" address for Punch TV in which he detailed NO planned for how investors money is being spent, deadlines, infrastructure and no future plans for the direction of the company. It was a mere pep rally intended to distract investors in which he focused on his own ego.
6th I called the la branch again where most of the phones lines go unanswered and demanded a refund on January 11th. A representative or secretary took down my info and told me that she would contact the CEO to call me so we can discuss my refund & the direction of the company. That he would call me by the next day January 12th at the latest. Today is January 18th and I still haven't heard from him.
7th Very important, the CEO of PunchTV launched a network some years ago called Urban TV Network in which the stock price tanked almost immediately after launching. The company is a pump and dump meant to legally defraud investors. And that is exactly what happened.
8th furthermore; poor communication, no thorough plan, past inefficiencies, poor infrastructure equals probable scam.
