Avoid, Dreadful

I've never written a bad review before so I'm not one of those people. My case arrived after 3 weeks in the wrong colour I got offered a 20 % discount buy had to ship it back to them so didn't bother. After using it twice it leaked, I emailed them and there response was.
Unfortunately there were some defective cases and it looks like yours is one of them
Please advise if you need us to reship a new case? I wa gob smacked that I hadn't been notified before I had put my £900 phone in their case, since then they sent me another case, and guess what wrong colour again. I have asked sever times for a email address to make a official complaint and regardless of what I wrote now I only get the following message in response.

Website offers protective cell phone cases. With lifetime warrenty. The product that they ship to you is absolutely nothing like what is on their internet. Its a totally cheap and different product. After contacting them and sending them pictures to proof that they send me fake case. They clsim they cant find me in the system to resolve the issue. The website looks very legit. But their product is a complete scam. They email me back pretending they cant find me. Almost as if there is a robot responding on the other end. The same email being repeated over and over. I even send them a pic of the original envelop their product came in. With my full name and adress and they claim they cant find my order in their system

Thats because they have no intention of rectifying this problem

Its a completely fake company. SCAM. The case i got is completly different then their website. On their website all their cases have a small logo in the corner. Color is different . Supposed to come with a shield screen. And the case itself is supposed to be "premium impact protective armor case cover. " such big words. Too bad its all fake. These people should not be in business
