I found a puppy I wanted to purchase through Facebook, Jeffrey Wilson. I paid $400 deposit and he was to deliver the puppy to me. I had volunteered to meet him halfway or drive to pick up the puppy myself. Jeffrey Wilson insisted upon delivering the puppy to me personally. The morning of the arranged delivery, Jeffrey Wilson messaged me on Facebook messenger and claimed that he had an emergency with his son and couldn't deliver the puppy that day but he had delivered the puppy to Logistics Express Delivery company. He stated there would be a small fee to pay to the delivery company that would be 100% refundable by the delivery company upon receipt of the puppy. To this day, I have yet to receive the puppy. The delivery company also kept asking for more money to this day totaling $3500. ( I have also reported the delivery company). Jeffrey Wilson has refused to pay my back the $400 deposit and $500 I had to pay the delivery company for him totaling $900.
