I 1st came in contact with Frank Goble on Facebook--looking for Breagle Breeders, He responded w informative questions and details, pics of parents and choice of Puppy--all pictures w him (I think). I believed him TOTALLY. Paid him 1st deposit, then i paid remaining total next day prior to transport. Then msg delivery day frm Frank stating pup is on its way--had what looked lik real shipping paperwork/tracking #s etc. Then shipping co insisted I rent the heated crate-for a refundable fee. ok I complied. Then they insisted paperwork not in order--need insurance $..i contacte Breeder--who claimed being shocked and assured he was working on it w agency in the a.m.--as it was now late in the eve, Today--I paid "refundable" insurance fee I called the bank when they would not release the pet unless I paid another 480$ holding fee!!! I have reached out to the "Breeder" he is "looking into things" asked him for my puppy or REFUND> I have not heard a response--3 hours later and I am now out 1750$. SHAME ON ME> I used the Zelle App for all transactions--my Bank enlightened me.
