This scammer offered me a 10wk old sheltie puppy named Blue. Our contract states that I would pay $600 for puppy and $350 for shipping costs, the shipping Blue Atlantic Shipping and Logistics center has asked for $690 deposit for a special puppy crate for inclement weather during shipping from Minnesota and $750 deposit for insurance and still has not delivered my puppy and wants another $500 for relaxer vaccines. I am pretty sure this is a scam, the breeder Daivion Smith has said the his son is in the hospital and can’t pay for the additional costs.

We've been offered Ashley for $900, with shipping to Arizona. Lots of communication back and forth, but no name at the end of each email from them. It almost seemed to good to be true for an "AKC registered Shetland Sheepdog" with all needed vaccines, 1 year health guarantee, etc., for $900, delivered. I looked on the Better Business Bureau website and found nothing. This is the only negative post I've found online. I would recommend going to the BBB and filing a complaint, as they are easily the best place for other potential victims to look before buying. Thanks so much for posting this!
