We decided to give 1/2 money a then when we could pick up dog the other 1/2. He messenger me he needed another $100 for vet bill.
I told him no more money till we get dog that was agreement.
A lot of messages later he said if we did not send $100 we could not have dog. I said well send us the other money back. He said No.
