PupsDream site indicates it operates out of the UK. The site I used indicates it is operating out of the U.S. It truly operates out of China. Their website is sleek and offers products that genuinely appear valid. It is making claims that Dogster recommends their product. Their site also states they have a 100 day return policy.

I got suspicious when I did not receive an email upon making my purchase. I received no tracking information. I became even more suspicious when my product took months to arrive. Product received not as advertised. Upon contacting the company regarding return instructions per their website, I am now getting feedback that they will offer me a partial refund.

I’m kicking myself because I typically check a website’s legitimacy before I buy from them or look for reviews. I’ve been scammed. Looking at reviews on Trust Pilot indicates others are experiencing the same issues and have not been refunded their money.

I bought a dog bed online guaranteed 100 days return policy. I received the dog bed. It was completely a different bed. Material was not the same. It looked used and when I asked for a refund I was told I could have $35 of my money back since they don’t have US warehouses which they don’t tell you I told them again I wanted a full refund they then offered me $56, and then they sent me a return policy that is nowhere on the site that states if something is on sale they can’t take it back every single item on their website is for sale. They are a complete scam.
