I got screenshot of my order that I will never received from purchasing power. Purchasing power is associated with my job with draftkings are affiliated as a store that overs paycheck deduction payment that's why I put other as my payment cause I pay will pay a dead product that i will never receive. I have a store credit of about $1100 with purchasing power. Last week I order a retrospec chatham men's bicycle and when UPS got my order, they damage/destroyed my package which is my bicycle and is deemed destroyed or needs to ship back to purchasing power. I called purchasing power about it and they say they will send a replacement orders. The crazy part is they charged me $280 to send me another bicycle. Which is showing negative balance on my purchasing power account before that I have $40 balance. Why would I pay a replacement fee if UPS is the one damage and destroyed my order/bicycles. I shouldn't be the one paying the fee. I NEVER RECEIVED THE BICYCLES AND I HAVE SCREENSHOT MY ORDERS. DETAILS WHERE UPS DESTROYED MY ORDER. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK STOP PURCHASING POWER FROM TAKING MONEY FROM PAYCHECK THAT A PRODUCT I WILL NEVER RECEIVED.
