I purchased an immunity oil on facebook for $4.95. I received the oil-it was described as sample size. The product is fine.

I was trying to find the webpage that I found on facebook-and I found another company-same info, same everything-and it was not the name I had. I started wondering if I was being set up on auto pay and ship-without realizing purchasing the "trial size" would do that. I found the webpage-and in fact I am set up with auto pay, and auto ship for $69.95.

For several days I have been calling the customer service number-an answering machine comes on and says "I will try and connect this call" then disconnects the call. I emailed per webpage-and it came back undeliverable.

I am sending a letter-telling them I have blocked them from charging me for auto pay, auto ship, and that I have contacted the ScamPulse.com.
