I saw the ad on the internet for these masks. I looked at other ads, but came back to this one. I ordered them on April 4th and they got the money on April 8th. After not hearing from them in a while, I sent to e-mails to them, and no answer. Today I was trying to find them, and came across this.

Ordered face masks from them because of Covid-19. They took my money and said order was being processed. Two months later, nothing. Have sent multiple requests for updates and get no response. Just read reviews and it looks like they took advantage of many others as well.

We too, wished we would have seen this site before we too was scammed. Ordered 50 disposable ear loop N95 face mask for $39.99, on April 4th. Received a confirmation EMAIL right away, do to high order request, products will be shipped shortly, etc., our credit card was charged in April also. Then every time I inquired about shipping, or anything else, I got NO response, line went DEAD. Here it is May 21st and still no product. I even ask them to just (credit back our money to the credit card) & we would forget the whole thing .Definitely a fraudulent company. DO NOT order anything from this place!

Wished I would have seen this site before I too was scammed. Ordered 50 disposable ear loop face mask for $39.99, even paid an extra $5.78 for insured shipping (in case shipment was lost or stolen) on April 4th. Received a confirmation letter right away, credit card was charged on April 14th. Every time I inquired about a tracking number I get no response. Here it is May 21st and still no product. Definitely a fraudulent company. DO NO order anything from this place!

Do NOT order from PureCleanAir. They are not a real company, and all they will do is steal your money. When the Covid outbreak occurred my wife went into panic mode. Found PureCleanAir on Facebook and insisted I place an order. That was 2 months ago. I have sent numerous texts and emails to the addresses provided with absolutely no answers. Normally I'm pretty careful about ordering merchandise on line, but this time, because I was being pressured by the wife, I didn't. My Bad. But don't you fall for the same scam, and yes folks, that's what it is. A scam, intended to relieve you of around 40, or your hard earned dollars. Buyer beware.

I am a healthcare worker and tried purchasing N95 masks for myself, family and co-workers on 4/8/20 from Pure Clean Air. After weeks of not receiving confirmation of my package or tracking numbers I emailed the business. They responded by saying I couldn't get a refund and to have patience cause my package would be there in a few weeks. I have emailed multiple times since and no response.

Placed an order for N95 masks on 4/4/20 with Pure Clean Air. Received an email from them right away with an order # confirmation. It was for a box of 10 Particulate Respirator Masks for $29.99 shipping time 2-3 weeks. My credit card was charged on 4/9/20 by EVJ E-COM LLC 909-549-4334 CA for $29.99. By the end of April I started inquiring about my order but I haven’t
heard back and at this point I don’t expect a reply. Today is 5/16/20.

Yes everyone, this place is a scam, I also ordered 2 boxes of 50 masks each totaling $72.00, never received a shipping date, never received any responses to my emails & was charged the $72 immediately on my charge card. I contacted my charge card company, told them about this place, they knew the name & have received many calls about this place ripping off people, the place DOES NOT EXIST, it is a woman, they showed a picture of her calling herself “pure air”. They refunded my money the next day. DO NOT purchase from this FAKE company.

I ordered 2 boxes of 50 masks on 4-5-20. They sent an email right away that day saying shipment would be delayed due to limited supply. My credit card was charged on 4-13-20 for $79.98. I sent them an email on 5-8-20 and received no reply. my order in not available anymore but you can still go into the website and order supplies. What?! This website needs to be shut down!

I purchased 50 surgical masks and 20-N95 masks on 4/7/20 total $91.54. I never received either item and can not get any response to my emails to them. Last contact from the “company” was 4/18/20 stating 2-3wks, still have yet to receive order or a response from them. Now I get an error when I click on the order so I’m sure that I have been scammed. Very upset and disappointed especially during such a stressful time.

I purchased 3 masks from this site, and after looking at the URL more closely, I knew right away it was a bad idea, but this was after the purchase. Initially, there was a confirmation email, and then another email after I checked in on my order some two weeks later. Then, there was no communication after that. I also discovered there were others who had also been scammed.

I see others have filed similar complaints so this is definitely a scam and this should be reported to legal authorities for further action

I ordered 50 3-ply medical disposable masks from Pure Clean Air on 4/3/20. On 4/5/20, I received a message stating they were getting my order to be shipped. Though I have emailed then twice since, I have received no further communication. I tried to call their number (MI area code) to no avail. My credit card was charged and it looks like I, too, have been scammed!

the web site popped up on my facebook page. face masks for virus 50 for 39.99. website looked legit, placed my order on April 7th. product would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks due to high volume of orders. when I didn't receive an email stating my order had shipped, I emailed Pure Air, got one reply stating again it would take a couple weeks, couple weeks passed and still no order. emailed them again, there has been no reply and no order. I logged into the website and there is no order to be found! another company charged me, saw it in my bank statement that they deducted $39.99 (EVJ ECOM LLC 909-549-4334 CA ) I called that number, got an answering service and no return phone call. I know I should have checked them out before I ordered and I know there are a lot of scams on facebook, but I ordered anyway. now I'm out $40.00.

The same thing happened to me. Popped up on my Facebook page. Ordered N95 masks for my daughter-in-law who is a healthcare worker.

It is now 5/16/20, nothing. I did receive one email response which said hold tight, that I would receive a tracking # soon. Well, I’ve sent numerous emails and haven’t heard back from anyone!
