My business utilities are automatic payments and I wasn't check them since about the same numbers coming. When I checked the last months bill for electricity it was ridiculous amount of charge. the bill is $981. I talked with pseg and they said the third party company charged this much which is Pure energy usa llc. If I were keep using Pseg, my bill was going to be $203. Insane amount of difference. This Pure energy company scamming people about they are clean energy and monthly charges going to be even cheaper then Pseg but that is a lie. first few months they are charging same or less and after they are charging multiplied amounts. Beware!

We received this month's electric bill a few days ago - July 29, 2022.. It was $525 for one month service, in which we used the identical amount (1900 KWH) to what we used last year at this time, when the bill was $200. Pure Energy never notified us of a rate increase! Check your past bills, we have been gouged for a few months now...

Pure Energy USA, Pa LLC, said they called, and we switched with Penn power, which is not true, they said it was a verbal agreement which again is not true. Charge us 425 for electric ! This is a scam, we never agreed to anything.
