I saw an add for free skin care, and started to fill out an order from Pure Face that said you could try the product for just the shipping charge. I decided NOT to complete the order. However, about a week later, the product showed up and my credit card was charged for the shipping fee. Well it was $11 which in itself was too much, but I just forgot about it. About a month later my credit card company noticed an $89 charge from Pure Face which they automatically blocked and contacted me to see if I ordered more product, which I had not since I never ordered the first product. Well, I thought that was the end of it until I received a phone call from Pure Face today saying that they were going to escalate to debt collection for violating the terms of the agreement (that I never started in the first place) unless I signed up for a monthly renewal. I told them no, that this was a scam and I did not want their product. I hung up and they continue to call me and say they will escalate this issue. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!
