North MPLS Suburb.
They promised and assured me and my wife over the phone $179 for duct cleaning no matter how many vents. When "tech" arrived (over an hour earlier than scheduled) he immediately increased price due to some rust on the bottom of the furnace panel due to condensation. I had a visitor and he repeatedly found excuses to raise the price even more interrupting our conversation. He had NO intention of doing the job for $179 as promised. He wanted almost ten times that amount! Stay clear of these bait and switchers. Frustrating!

This company I contacted through the internet to clean my duct. They told me it would be 199. When they arrived they told my wife that they were too dirty for the basic 199 and it would require a deep cleaning for 577.00. This company is not located in Richfield and could even find if they are even real. Please avoid this company. They may clean your ducts but are bait and switchers.
