Garcinia Elite offers you a free trial for $4.95, but unless you click on their terms and conditions link you are unaware that if you do not cancel within 14 days you will be charged $87.31 monthly. I found this out by accident when I was checking my credit card statement for a refund from another company. When I contacted the company I was told they would refund part of the last two months only, after I demanded to speak with management. We'll see if I actually receive a refund and if they stop charging me.

BEWARE!!! When signing up for a free trial of this product you are signing up for automated monthly refills, which is not made clear at the time of purchase. You will also NOT receive a notice of future charges before they have already cleared!

Not only did they charge me for a refill on products, but the products never arrived in the mail (I waited 2 months!). When I tried contacting customer service via email, I received an automated response saying I had to call their customer service number (after the email was bounced back at me twice). I tried calling customer service three times and all three times the reps hung up on me before I had a chance to say anything at all! It's been 2 months and I have been unable to get the money they took from me refunded, nor have I been able to get any normal form of communication open with them.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! If you feel the need to purchase a supplement, get it locally or from Amazon. At least then you know what you're getting and how the customer service will handle it. I firmly believe this a scam set up to prey on people who are struggling to lose weight. I never even received the product, nearly $200 later. **THE WEBSITE IS NOT SECURE

'Pure Garcinia Elite' and 'Pure Body Elite' are offered to consumers on the website in terms of 'try it for 30 days and pay only the shipping'. What they really do is to charge your credit card a lot sooner than 30 days for over $100.00 for EACH of these two products, one of which is little more than a cheap senna-based product ('Colon-Blow' type, and the joke's on us.) This greatly inflated charge can take a person by surprise if they haven't read the fine print/contract. Worse yet - as soon as you have signed up for the pills, the company sets you up with a subscription to the product(s). While they practically expect returns, the clock starts ticking a lot sooner than people suppose.

Take my advice and get garcinia over the counter at the drugstore.
