A purchased a pure gear screen protector from verizon. It had a lifetime warranty, it broke. I went into the Verizon store to get it warranty they filled out the form on pure gear website. I paid nine ninety nine for a new screen protector to be shipped to me, it has been a month and i haven't received it. There is no phone number, only website to track status. Website doesn't work
