I dodged a bullet

I came across the Purity Furry Cats cattery website. I found a kitten that I was interested in. So I made a contract with them and emailed them back and forth to the point where they asked for my banking information and how to pay for it. But that's where I questioned whether or not this was a legitimate business. When they said that they only accepted Zelle, Cashapp, etc. So then I double check if this was a scam, and lucky I found this thread. I want to thank those who shared their unfortunate experience with these con artists because you prevented me from getting scammed. I can't believe these people use adorable kittens to scam people. I have lost faith in this world.

I was scammed

For years I have been looking for an affordable Siberian kitten. I came across this website, which looked legitimate and inquire about one of their kittens. I was informed that the kitten was still available. Upon many email exchanges. I made the purchase through Zelle. After they received the money $600. I was sent a purchase agreement which I signed and sent back. After that I never received another email from them. Very sad I was so excited that I was finally going to get a kitten.

Thought I purchased 2 Siberian kittens, sent gift card for 1200 dollars. I have been looking into this cat breed for awhile now. Saw the price and read reviews. Thought this was a legit breeder found out not. Say they are shipping and I will hear from delivery company soon about arrival and departure. Nothing at all. Emailed them no reply. Wow, cannot believe people can do this.

I had the same experience. Paid $650 including delivery to my home. Once they got the money, I never heard from them again.

I’ve been scammed before but never thought that this was a scammer until I asked followup questions and they never responded.

Anyone interested in filling a suit? I’ll be glad to go in with you on it.

Puresiberiankittenscattery.com has Siberian kittens for sale. I filled out the contact form and he emailed me back and sent me videos for the two kittens I showed interest in. He then had me send him money through Zelle stating that he would ship the kitten the next day. He had me answer a bunch of questions concerning the kitten and where it would stay, like an application, and made it seem like a real pet adoption. As soon as I sent him money I never heard from him again.
