Ordered a smartwatch thru an advertisement on Instagram. The watch came with no or little (very tiny, can't read) instructions for use. I didn't like the watch so asked to return it. Instead of returning vendor offered $40 credit and to keep the watch. I accepted that offer. In the meantime, I had filed a dispute with PayPal. I was asked to cancel the dispute with PayPal (which you cannot reopen once closed I found out) and I would get a refund. The refund never came and have asked several times thru email where it was. No reply from them other than a picture saying they refunded me $40. There is neither a credit to my PayPal account nor by check. He just got $48.50 richer! Do not buy from this company. Does not follow thru with word.
