The website offered product and insisted it had to be paid for Via visa gift cards. Once they received payment, I would receive package overnight from FedEx. I gave them the 200.00 gift cards which I found out when I checked card balance, that they used the 200.00 immediately on a jewelry website. I was then given a tracking number to a shipping company I never heard of. I believe the fake tracking site is part of the scam. When package didn't arrive, I was told the transportation company needed an order from my doctor to deliver it and for "much more" money, they could have one of their doctors release the package. My first question to them was how does shipping company zealtransport.com know what is in the package to begin with but when they told me they could get a doctor's note if I sent them "much more" money, I immediately demanded my money back. They have stopped responding to my emails and I couldn't find a phone number anywhere for them. I am disabled and on a fixed income. Two hundred dollars is a lot of money for me. I can't believe I fell for their scam and even after telling them I knew they were scamming me, they persisted in trying to get more money from me. They ignore me when I request refund even after I told them I filed a fraud case with FBI internet crimes division, which I did. They need to be shut down as they are clearly scamming people out of money
