I ordered a product from this company for my son for Christmas on 11/20/2023. It is now 12/18/2023 and I have received the product or any updates on it. After further research I found that the company was a scam and that others have also reported it. The company was advertising on Facebook under the name Purefinding.co - my order was processed through my Bank account under the name Kolorshade out of Nevada. However I do not feel that is the actual name or location of the scammers. It seemed the further I dug the more it led to a company/person out of China. I ordered a customizable Metal Wall Cut out. After not receiving the product or tracking info I researched further online and through the ScamPulse.com to find out this company was a scam. I tried to contact the company about updates/refunds through their "contact us" email provided and the email was returned "undeliverable."
