Customer service had me download A helpdesk app called anydesk then set up a cash app account for my father, that didn't work then she asked if I had zelle, I know now they should've just refunded to card used. But I fell for the scam and they remotely sent themselves 300 before I figured it out and Uninstalled the app and shut down their connection. But damage was done.
