I ordered a 3 piece barrel table from Purepromox.com. I connected the support team at [email protected] and they confirmed my order was on way. Month later in transit still, month later in customs… currently stuck in customs. I cannot find this website any longer. No 1-800 # that connects. I lost $180.

I suppose lesson learned but very disappointing.

I was trying to order a lift chair for a person who fell and broke his angle. A friend of mine found the add for a chair on the web that looked like the Wayfair site. It turned out to be a look alike site for Purepromox.com. In short they claimed to have shipped the chair from overseas and it was to be delivered in about 4 weeks. After waiting and several email to [email protected] they claimed that the chair would not pass customs into the US and they would need to ship another chair. Well we waited for another 4 weeks and they did indicate that it made it in to the US and would be delivered to me in about 2 weeks. Well need less to say the company they claim to have delivered to my door but I got nothing. I lost $73.54. I can now get any contact with them and after doing some research I find this is not the first time they have done the same thing to thin to others. I just hope this info help stop them from doing it to other people who can not afford to loose that money.
