Purchased a Shih Tzu puppy on line. Fee of $750 We were supposed on meet on Friday august 11 to pick up puppy. He texted me last night saying his father had passed and would be shipping the puppy. Now supposedly the puppy is in Indianapolis and the courier is saying they need an additional $1000 to release the puppy for the flight to St. Louis.
