Order was placed online on Dec 17, 2024. After a 3 week wait I requested an estimated arrival date for my order. The response was "package was delivered on Jan 10, 2025. No communications about shipment or delivery. When I explained that it had not been delivered, the response was to ask my neighbors and check with the PO. Their courier service did not deliver the order to my address. They even claimed to have sent it a second time - still not received. I live in an electronically monitored building and no deliveries were made for me to my address on the date was filed. A charge of $142 is not going to alter the course of my life, but unethical business practices and poor treatment of customers should never go left unchecked. This has taken six months of my time and energy. Always be suspicious of a company that doesn't have a US address and/or phone number.
