Paid for 4 pairs of boots with Puretain $165 USD IN April 2020. Havent received any. I wrote to them 6 times asking for refund. They agreed. Said mid September. No funds. Then they said mid October. Still no refund.

Ordered cowboy boots from them. They never shipped so I emailed them and they won’t email me back. Emailed them wanting a refund and to cancel my order and they won’t message me back. No phone number available and they have nothing but bad reviews about same issues and people never getting their orders or people that finally do after months go by and it is nothing like what they ordered
