Ok. I was on Market place facebook. Reading about how this girl made this product for her mom. So I wanted to try the serum free trial. As I’m going through the process there were coupon deals above the continue button so I didn’t click on those coupons. At the end of the order it said thank you for your order. With no balance on it. A couple hours later my card declined I know I had 99 dollars in there the serum was 7.53. I called the company to get my money back and was told they’re not giving me the money back I explained their website is not right I didn’t order all of this. Tried to give me half it back I was like no way I didn’t order all this. I told them I was to my bank and stopping this the supervisor said I can do whatever I’m not getting my money back. Told me to have a good day and hung up. Big scam!! I’m on disability I only get a little money to play with. I can’t afford to pay this.
