I purchased items from this website and I asked the company on social media if I wasn’t happy with the purchase can I return ? They said yes ... I was already skeptical on purchasing due to the reviews already but I still did it and got the items and was not satisfied so I’ve been trying to return the items and I understand they have a policy so I’ve been trying to return for 2-3 weeks now and I email them and they email me stuff like “ out of office “ or someone will email me and won’t try to help me with what’s going on, it’s frustrating because I wasted money and they won’t help me or get back to me on returning
