The paid for product was delivered, but of subpar quality. When a refund was requested by emailing [email protected] as specified on the website, no response was received after multiple attempts at contact. The website says refunds are possible but this is fraudulent, since the company never responds. If I knew I would be not able to return the product for a refund, I would not have purchased it.
