I placed an ordered a purr bed on Dec.28,2023. After reaching out to them several times. Didn't hear one word. I found an address for the company and when I looked it up, it was a house for sale in Las Vegas. They took the money out if my bank on Jan. 2, 2024. The bed was on sale for under $50. So my bank can't recoup my money.Being in my late 70s an on a fixed income, I can't get another one. These people needs to be stopped. The site is still on Google. Please take it off before others get scamed.

We ordered two cat beds and little box pads on 12/23/2023. When we did not receive our order after 3 weeks, I filled out contact form on their website on 01/19/2024 asking about order status. I received an email with an automated message on 01/21/2024 apologizing for the delay. They claimed unexpected challenges in manufacturing and shipment, due to Christmas and Chinese New Year. We also were encouraged to click on a QR Code and download 'Shop' to track our order. That didn't sound like a good idea, so I did not download 'Shop'

Used online shopping cart to purchase 2 cat beds. Payment was processed and funds were deducted/posted through our bank (confirmed a week later). To date - as of 01/28/24 we have not received any receipt for the order, tracking information, or product. We sent initial email to business requesting this information to which they sent canned responses due to the influx of seasonal demand and that products would be shipped when supplies are replenished, typically within 2-4 weeks. We sent an additional follow up request a month after purchase with the same response regarding the seasonal demand and that products would be shipped withing the next 2-4 weeks.

We did report this to our bank within a month of the order and funds being deducted. Potential that our bank information is compromised, but do not see evidence of this yet. Bank has credited back our funds and claims there is an investigation into the matter. The website is still up/operational and when you look at the code used for the site it looks like a canned template as there are several sections missing information, including key parts of their legal documentation, which leads me to believe this site is not legitimate. Lastly we have found other websites with the same images and product, slightly different name. We also found product on Amazon (again, different name) ordered the product and received it within the 2 days as an amazon prime member.

Beware and do not purchase any product from this website. It looks like a full scam.
