The advertisement was on facebook. The product I purchased is called a cat tunnel bed. Everything looked legit but they have not responded to any of my emails, and never sent the product. From what I see on facebook, other people have had the same experience I've had.

Website offered for sale a cat bed product with 2-4 week shipment. Product was ordered on 12/2/2023. Product was not received in above window. We requested explanation and initial explanation was provided on manufacturer delay from 12/20/23 until 1/21/24. Refund request at 1/21 email and no response since. We have sent two additional follow up requests for refund and no response and no product delivery.
