Confirmation that medication was returned and received by company PURVOSon 02/27/2026. I have yet to receive my refund. I was told that I will receive it within 3 to 9 business days. I’m constantly giving excuses and still no refund. I was initially refunded $29.95 that was taken out of my account without my permission by this company. However, I am yet to receive a $119.48 for the product that I returned to them due to a severe allergy that they are aware of and continuously getting excuses to wait and wait and wait and it must be my bank there were no issues with returning the $29.95 but now there’s a huge issue with returning the $119.48. I do have a long email chain requesting my refund no resolve.
