I ordered shower heads and accessories from this company in November believing it was the PUR water company. Not realizing it was purwaters, which is a complete scam. It is February and I have not seen the order. The tracking is not updated, and nothing is going to get delivered. Also, they then charged my card as a recurring purchase for replacement filters, which I did not ask for. I sent multiple emails until finally a fake employee answered to say they were just "behind" and that my order would be shipped soon. They also told me that I would have to "go through FIVE BILLING CYCLES" before they would stop charging my card as a recurring payment. I had to call my bank and stop payment. It is a COMPLETE SCAM. Purwaters.com is the website. They advertise as purwater, which makes people think it is the PUR brand water filters. Again, it isn't.
