My husband and I attended a on-line informational session about starting a website educational site. After the session, we were prompted to buy in and choose the pushbutton AI premium package. It was the middle one and we chose to try it since they had a 6 month money back guarantee. We were able to get started right away and things started off well. Then we started to have lots of technical difficulties. Which we continued to e-mail about and have to wait for responses. Then it took significantly longer to get everything done due to a new site they were setting up and we needed access to that to finish our site. Our purchase was April 25th. We have everything set up that we could by mid May but then due to difficulties with them, we were not able to get our site up and functioning until mid June. We did have one "one on one" session with a lead person that went terribly. He was not helpful and quite rude. We had gone into the meeting excited and ready to pick up tips or tricks to help us become successful Ultimately we left the meeting discourage and confused. When we brought this up were told that this was shocking. No apology or a reschedule with a different person. In fact they wanted us to pay for more meetings for one on one help. By July, we were frustrated and over the back and forth with no real help and lots of delays. We asked for our money back since the site was not working despite us doing the things they recommended to get traffic. We were told that since we had not purchased more one on one meetings for help or tried paid advertising that they could give our money back yet. With the initial package purchase comes 2 monthly charges for the site we created and then for the access to them. They offered to stop one of the monthly payments if we would work closer with them and try paid advertising. Despite wanting to quit, it seemed we were stuck in between a rock and a hard place. So we regretably agreed to try. We did do 2 paid facebook ads per their request and continued the additional sources to generate traffic. Nothing worked and they are still refusing to give back our money. Which would only be the initial investment of course ($1499), we know we are out everything else but they keep dragging us on. It is very frustrating.
