In December 2017 I attempted to purchase a communicative tablet for my daughter with autism. I was promised a tablet for a one time fee of $29.99 plus a monthly service subscription of $19.99 a month. I was told I would receive the tablet in 21 days, I never received a tablet, yet these people still tried to charge me for monthly service on a product that I didn't have, never got, and probably doesn't even exist. I filed a claim with my bank, got that money back, and I got a new debit card. Fast forward to December 4 2018 and I see a charge on my card for $19.99 from these people again! I called my bank and then I discovered another fraudulent charge from October for $19.99. Once again, called my bank and filed a claim for the October charge. Then Puzzle Piece saw that I filed a claim, and immediately refunded the $19.99 that they stole on 12/4. The company name they used to give me the refund is Pixel. Apparently they called Visa and lied to them and said they were trying to process a payment and the card wouldn't go through which is why they were allowed to do this. These people are completely frauds and they will continue to rip people off until somebody stops them.

I saw their ad on Facebook for tablets especially made for children with Down syndrome, which my daughter has. I was very excited and called to order. They said the tablet was free and the subscription would be $19 a month. They looked legitimate so I gave them my debit number.

The tablet was supposed to come in 7-10 days. It never came. I called numerous times and left messages - no return call. I just happened to see their charge today on my debit card under "Puzzlepiece" I looked and they have been charging me for the past 6 months. I sent an email to their "customer service" they list on their website. It was immediately returned. I have attached that return email.

I can find no tangible way to contact company. They are scamming families of children with special needs - what a shame.

I want my $120 back.

On 4/10/18 I saw an ad on Facebook for this tablet by a company called Puzzle Piece. It's for a tablet for children with autism to enable them to communicate. So the initial fee was a one time charge of $34.85 and then it would be $19.95 a month for the service after that. On 4/27/18 after about 2 weeks of not hearing ANYTHING from them, I decided to do some internet digging. Well what I found was not good, so I called them to cancel. The woman named "Stacy" (who also initially tried to upsell more services to me on 4/10, I politely declined because I wanted to make sure the tablet would work the way we need it do for our kid) was just giving me the run around and wouldn't let me cancel. So I called my bank to do a chargeback because these people promised I would have the tablet in 14-21 business days, and I hadn't heard a peep from them. Since it was a recurring charge, I had to wait out the 21 business days in order to open a claim for the bank to nail them with fraud. Yesterday 5/10 was exactly 21 business days and surprise surprise, there is no tablet. Yet these crooks charged my card AGAIN for 19.95 for service on a tablet that I don't even have. There is a special place in hell for people like this who try to take advantage of people with children who have disabilities. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE A FRAUD AND WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY!

I have an autistic son so I jumped at the chance to get a tablet for him with apps included to help him with his every day life. They price is nine something for the tablet then 19.99 a month for the apps. Great right! So I went ahead and ordered it. As soon as I clicked continue I get a text saying to call them to confirm shipping. When I did there was no answer. Just a google voice saying no one was available. I looked online and every number I could find was the same way except for one. The gentleman who answer was apologetic however he had no idea what I was talking about, he was a councilor at a drug and alcohol abuse center. These people are great at what they do, they have a Facebook page as well as a website with a lengthy terms and conditions page. (if you actually read it you will see that it just goes in circles and does not give you any real information) I wish I had never contacted this company, its sad that they are using people by grabbing their heart strings to do what ever we can to help our children succeed. At least I am only out $34. It could have been much much worse.
