I ordered dirtbike parts from this website 3 months ago and have been unable to get in contact with them (by phone or email) about my order since. I have not received the items I ordered. I will be filing a fraud claim with my credit card in the next few days.

Still haven’t got what I ordered

2 months have gone by and several emails sent and 2 phones calls. I sent 3 emails regarding my order and I got crickets back. Nothing! Not even a comment that my stuff had been back ordered. Absolutely no return email. So I decided to call they guy was kk d if rude snd very short w me but promised my order would go out that day and he would send me a tracking number that day. I then gave it 3 days of checking and had yet to receive a tracking number or even an ems at all. So I called again. Then I got a different guy and he said no it hadn’t been sent but said that would be sending it out that day and he would be sending me a tracking number. Well I have yet to receive anything Horrible company do not order from them.

I ordered the replacement plastic pieces for my child’s Yamaha PW50 dirt bike. It was the last missing piece to have everything refinished on the bike and it was going to be his big Christmas gift. I found the www.pwonly.com website on December 14th and located the parts that would supposedly fit his bike & ordered them through PayPal. I had a very uneasy feeling when I never received a confirmation email, never received an order number, nothing. I got absolutely no response back from them after the order was placed.
