Do NOT order anything from Q-Grips!! They are a flimsy piece of plastic that looks like a toothbrush with a piece of plastic on the end that is supposed to “corkscrew” into your ear to remove wax. It was a buy one get one free PLUS 16 additional replacement heads. Just like many other complaints I did not receive my replacements heads. I was charged $45.50 for two of these (again but one get one free so one was $40!) They obviously say the additional replacement heads “are not included” due to many other complaints I’ve read so I’m not going to waste my time trying to call. I’m sending back but doubt I’ll see any money back. They should be taken off the internet!!! They are preying on people with actual medical issues!
