They are Genuine Intuit Company. I had problem sending emails and download bank statements for years.
I talked to the advisor he did not ask for any money and took care of the problem.

Through internet working with Quickbooks, I probably clicked on an ad and was taken to this ‘quickbooks online’ product. Later realized, after business bank account was charged, that product did not work. A public server was used and according to computer repair company, it was Russian.
