This imposter was adamant that he was a member of Quickbooks and could fix my software if I gave him access to my computer. He did fix the issue, but I’m now not sure what else he took while he was there. I called quickbooks today & they confirmed that he is not a member of the company nor do they do a 3 year contract like he made me sign. We cancelled the credit card that we used. The phone number is not legit he keeps calling from and he won’t stop calling me now.
