A charge for $39.99 from qehelp.net appeared on my bank statement. I looked up the website and contacted them. They said I had subscribed to a monthly “health” service. I did not subscribe to it. They were very nice and refunded my money. It happened again and again they refunded my money. It happened again and when I went to their website, I filled out a form to refund my money again and nothing happened. I have tried to email the address on their site with no response. I also called the number on the website, nobody answered, the recording said I would be sent to voicemail to leave a message but their mailbox is full. I need to cancel my debit card but in order for them to refund my account, the debit card needs to remain open. I have not received anything from the company.. no product, no service.
