Office 365 license revoked after 18 Months

I bought Office 365 and after initially working fine for 18 months, all my files were suddenly locked to read-only. This is unacceptable. After looking into it I found that Microsoft had flagged the account is unauthorized. I'm still waiting for a response by the store, but if this isn't resolved I advise anyone AGAINST buying ANYTHING from the store, as it appears to be buying illegally obtained licenses.

I ordered Microsoft Office Key for Microsoft Office 2019 from this specific website. The owner Chris sent me an email gave me the product key to download the software. In order to fully use the programs like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and etc, it needs to be activated or else the programs will not be usable. The directions he sent me was to activate it online, if that didn't work, activate over the phone. When I tried to activate it online, an alert came up stating that this particular product key was already activated by multiple systems. Since this didn't work, I tried activating over the phone, this also gave me the same alert. He then told me that I already downloaded the product key and therefore he could not refund my money back. He then stated that he could give me a discount code for 50% if I purchased another key. The problem is that if I purchased another product key, the same issue would happen again. I would avoid at all cost as this business is a scam.
