I ordered for an item last year 24th August 2020 and I have still not receive my order I sent a message to their mail requesting for refund and one lady called Victoria Sky promise to get back to me since she has made a report to her manager and up still now my Visa card has not been credited and she no longer response to my emails

Same here scammed. Got a very expensive plastic cup. This effects the honest businesses. I reported them to the better business. Scammed lol .. this is my lesson for 2020. Do not trust outside businesses .

SCAM BEWARE! I ordered the portable washer through instagram link and never received the item. When I checked with them, they provided bogus tracking information indicating it was delivered. I pressed for more detailed information, such as carrier's name and website, they never responded again. Just brazen liars.

I ordered 3 mini washing machines for washing clothes. Instead of a washing machine, I got a very small bowl that I could not wash anything in! I got scammed! I lost $76.92USD ! I sent a message asking for my money back and Victoria Skyles got back to me and asked me why I did not like it. I cannot get an address to return to and Victoria will not reply back to me - she is probably using a fake name. They are not a reputable company and this is a SCAM! I will never order from this website AGAIN! Stay away from QGEAR - SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I ORDERED A MINI WASHER FOR $69.99 THAT ONLY HAD AN INTERNATIONAL TRACKING NUMBER.THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A USPS TRACKING NUMBER ,THEN SAID IT WAS DELIVERED AND IT NEVER WAS.SOMEONE I'M SURE WITH THE FAKE NAME OF VICTORIA SKYLES KEPT SENDING ME THE SAME TRACKING INFO OVER AND OVER.NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR CALLS YOU BACK.I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.CLEARLY THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY

i had ordered a mini washing mashine for shoes and clothes. instead they sent me a small small bowl that i could do absolutely nothing with. they scammed me and i wasted 30$ on a bowl. when i sent a message asking for my money back all they said was "sorry about that" and sent a link saying no refunds and all purchases are final. dont be fooled by their kindness. ITS A SCAM!

I order a small washer and I received 2 bowls and one was broken I have been waiting for a address to return item to get refund and they refuse on sending it to me I lost $60 .They are a very dishonest company I never never order from them again .All they so is scam their customer .I guess they are so hard up they need the money more than us instead of. doing right by their customers.

This site is a scam. False advertisement on their site. I have ordered a fold washing machine, they delivered fold bucket to me. And they won't return your money and if they do they want you to send the package back to China which cost 2/3 of what you've paid for your order and they also charge you 25% restocking fee. Pretty much is a wash. Don't fall for their videos and pictures on their site. It's fraud.

Just warning, it is the worst webside. don't trust them. Fraud and Scam site! When I placed my order in order to get fold washing mashine, they deliveried fold bucket to me. I found I was deceived, I ordered to return and get refund, they gave me the policy that I had to pay the shipping fee to return and then I only could get 75% refund. They used fake pictures and video to hook customers and sent the garbage to customers...Don't trust it at all!

Bait and Switch scam. Saw an advertisement on facebook. After purchasing the item (a portable washing machine), they sent me a receipt 2 days later. I got the item 3 weeks later, from a different tracking than they sent. The item was not what was purchased (I ended up getting a cheap bucket). Went to check out the original ad, and the facebook page disappeared. The site then changed to reflect the scam. The site then said there are 2 options the basic and the upgraded, when in fact those weren't the 2 options at time of sale. Checked facebook and other online reviews companies and found out that every single person who purchased the same item as me was defrauded with the same scam, too.
