I can’t say this company is a whole scam ad I received two out of my three orders. However I have reached out to Qingbeautyshop via email, Facebook and Instagram. No one has returned any messages. My package was last mentioned on a plane, but that was 5/2. The company has not responded back to me. I am out $56.69 and I have already reached out and requested a refund. I got no response from that either. Horrible customer service. I would like a refund of my total payment back from Quingbeatyshop.

This company is absolutely disgraceful they took my money a month ago and I have cons multiple times through Facebook and email the phone number that they have on their website is bullcrap when you call it it literally does guys have an automatic woman repeat the same thing there's no actual way to be able to get in contact with this company because when you use Facebook Messenger it is an automatic computer replying to you and then when I said all of my different screenshots and proof that I had bought this from this company they once again would not reply except with automatic computer robotic messages. At this point I've gotten so fed up that I'm going to be contacting a lawyer and getting a hold of the Better Business Bureau I am completely fed up with online companies thinking they can take advantage of hard-working citizens and steal their money. If this company would like to decide to get a hold of me before I go ahead and file a case against them that would be greatly appreciated I do not want to have to go to these lengths but I will not sit here and let $1 dollar of me and my husband's hard-earned money stolen by a fraudulent company that sits there and won't even respond to their customers this is absolutely ridiculous do not order from this website. Also I would just like to add I ordered this product way before the covid-19 outbreak happen. Qing beauty shop if you would like to contact me before this goes any further please feel free to message me on my Facebook or contact me by email it would be very pleasant if I could actually talk to a real person over the phone. Be aware there are scams everywhere mind you if this gets deleted I will make sure to post it everywhere on social media and I will make a video exposing his company for what they are scamming frauds so this company would like to keep its good name I will hope that you will contact reach out to your customers this is an absolute disgrace please contact me if this has happened to you as well please get ahold of me via Facebook thank you and have a blessed day
