I received info ( a pop up with the words Microsoft with their Logo ) while I was on-line checking my bank account. The message said my computer had been compromised ( hacked ) and they could correct the problem. I didn't know that this was a scam and let them proceed to fix it. I contacted ScamPulse.com and they said it was a scam. I then called the Geek Squad and they reversed everything and put in their internet/wifi protection software. This scam costed me $599.00 which I'm working with my credit card company to dispute the charge.

BBB notice: On Qnhelp.com's website they claim to be located in Virginia Beach, VA. According to our state records, this business is not even registered in the state or country. Upon research, the website domain was created in Delhi, India only 4 months ago. We conclude that QNhelp.com is a scam tech support website. 

If you feel that you have fallen victim to internet scams report it to the FBI at ic3.gov. Stay safe when using the internet and do not open any pop-ups that appear to be legitimate.
