I saw the company on SnapChat promoting a really good deal for jogging sets and hoodies. I placed my order at the end of October, but got no follow up or shipping notifications for a month. Then they sent a fake delivery confirmation from track678.com saying the package was delivered but it wasn't. They said it was lost. I emailed customer service, was told they would reship. Again I was given fake shipping and delivery confirmation again. I contacted customer service since I didn't get the order again. They offered a 70% refund. Still waiting for that.
